COMMISSION DISCOUNTS (And life update)
TL;DR: Car engine broke, offering discounts on emergency commissions to help pay for it. Long version: So my 20-year-old work-horse of a car had its timing belt break the other day, which was bad enough, but because it happened while I was driving on the freeway it damaged some of the other engine components on the way out.
